Shipping of your mattress is free of charge.
Delivery times
- Germany: 3–5 working days
- Austria and other EU countries (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): up to 14 working days
- Switzerland: up to 14 working days
Delivery to Switzerland: Deliveries are made duties unpaid. Import charges (Swiss import VAT and any customs duties) as well as the carrier's customs clearance fees are not included in the price and are payable on delivery; these costs are borne by you.
Returns in case of withdrawal: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you arrange the return shipment yourself and bear the direct costs of the return. We do not include a return label. Full details, including the estimated return costs, can be found in our cancellation policy.
